Client information and records

  • All clients are required to provide contact details; including a telephone number and email in order to book an appointment.

  • At your first appointment you will be asked to complete a health and well-being questionnaire. The information you provide will be kept confidential and will ensure the treatment can be carried out safely and correctly. This information will be updated at each appointment with any relevant changes and will be stored securely for 10 years in line with GDPR and insurance policy requirements.

  • To request access to your personal information or to request that your personal information is deleted please email spacewithphilippa@gmail.com

Appointments and cancellation 

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and an email reminder the day before your appointment.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment you must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice.

  • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled with more than 24 hours notice using the link on the booking confirmation email or by contacting Philippa directly.

  • To cancel or reschedule an appointment with less that 24 hours notice you must contact Philippa by phone or email.

  • If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be required to pay the treatment price in full. Extenuating circumstances may be considered at Philippa’s discretion as an exception to this policy.

  • You must reschedule your appointment if you are unwell.
