Covid-19 safety policy.

I am following government guidelines and doing all I can to provide a safe environment for clients.

• You must reschedule your appointment if you are displaying symptoms of coronavirus or have been asked to self-isolate. 

• I will be taking part in NHS Test and Trace by keeping a record of all customers for 21 days.

• It is recommended that you wear a face mask over your nose and mouth to your appointment and during your treatment. 

• Arrive no more than five minutes early to your appointment to avoid prolonged waiting. 

• When you arrive please wait at the door to be called in.

• Remember social distancing guidelines and respect others in the building.

• You will be asked to sanitise your hands. 

• During your treatment I will be wearing a face mask. 

• Additional time is allocated between appointments for cleaning. 

• If a staff member displays symptoms of coronavirus or has to self-isolate, clients with appointments will be notified and appointments rescheduled.
